NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

We’re happy to announce that Pro Smile Dental Care has reopened to treat all our patients. Thank you so much for your support during this difficult time.

Please note that as a result of COVID-19, we have updated some of our daily procedures. You’ll still receive the same great service from our dedicated team, however to ensure the safety of all our patients we’ve implemented the following changes:

24 hours prior we require all of our patients coming in the following day to answer a brief COVID-19 prescreening questionnaire. If you are scheduled you should expect to receive the link via text message or email. The link will also be available on our website. Our staff is also screened daily which includes screening questions and a temperature check.

Our waiting room is currently closed. When you arrive for your appointment we ask that you remain in your car and one of the members of our administrative team will call you when we are ready to see you.

When you enter our office we require our patients to wear a mask until instructed by a clinician to remove it. Prior to entering the clinical area of our office we will take your temperature with an infrared thermometer and have you wash your hands.

We have installed true HEPA 13 filters in each room and installed special aerosol vacuum devices to catch all the aerosols being produced while you are here for your appointment.

Our administrative staff hourly disinfects the front office including the bathrooms to decrease any cross exposure.

You will notice when you arrive to our office our entire staff will be in masks and is outfitted with PPE (head to toe). The clinicians also will have significantly more personal protective equipment than before. They will be wearing an N95 mask, a surgical cap, a surgical gown, and a face shield. This is to keep both themselves and all of our patients safe.

If you had an appointment during the closure please understand our administrative team is doing their best to call everyone and get you back in our schedule. If you have not received a call to reschedule please call us during normal business hours, and we will be happy to find a time that works for your schedule.
